To return an item, please notify us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 days of receipt and the item must be received back within 21 days from the day the item being received (not date of purchase). If items are returned to us outside of 21 day time frame we will not accept and will be returned to you.
Orders that have been requested for cancellation within 24 hours of ordering qualify for a full refund.
However, if the goods have already been dispatched, the customer can still qualify for a full refund, but will have to cover the cost of delivery of return order back to LaGi.
The cost of sending a return back to us will only be covered it the item is faulty.
Return and refund policy
We always want to make you smile & feel beautiful, but we do need to put a few conditions in place to make sure we are all always protected.
We will gladly accept return of products if in their original packaging unworn, unwashed, unmarked, unaltered and undamaged with all the original swing tags and labels attached. You will be issued a credit note.
How to return your order
Returned products should include the packaging and the be in the original condition as it was when you received it. Customers will be responsible for road courier, shipping and handling charges for any returns/exchanges.
LaGi recommends sending returning parcels via our courier company. the Courier Guy, as we are not liable if your return is not received at our address and they provide insurance.

We inspect all products prior to dispatch. We advise customers to contact us immediately if they suspect a faulty item and send an image of the 'Fault" LaGi will not be held accountable if customers do not check or try on the garments or inspect products, immediately on receipt and return the items within 4 days if there is an issue. After 4 days of the garment or product being in the possession of the buyer, LaGi determines that the customer accepted the item. Garments / products that are returned as 'faulty' will be inspected immediately as they are received and an email notifying the buyer of the outcome will be sent within 2 days of receipt.
Garments damaged when trying on will not be refunded or exchanged.
Goods are deemed faulty if:
a) The goods are damaged when the customer received them
b) The goods show a distinct manufacturing fault.
Please note that garments that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered faulty. A garment that has been altered or garments that have any attempts at repair made by the customer or registered alteration specialist will be refunded. Once and item has been confirmed as faulty we will either process a refund or exchange as well as refunding postage (Original postage + return postage to cover the return)
